Quotes & Invoices is a free billing tool for freelancers, shopkeepers and small
service businesses. It runs entirely in your browser — the whole application is a single HTML file, with
no company behind it, no login server and no data collection.
What it does
- Creates quotations and invoices with line items, discount, tax and delivery charges, in any of
140+ country/currency presets.
- Records payments against each invoice (cash, bank transfer, mobile accounts) and keeps running balances.
- Shows a party ledger statement in the familiar Tally style — opening balance, every invoice and payment
in date order, running balance per currency — and downloads it as a PDF built on your own device.
- Keeps a client list and item catalog so repeat entries take seconds.
- Supports device accounts: several people on one computer can each have their own private workspace.
Creating one is optional.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not email invoices, take online payments, sync between devices or show you ads by itself.
Everything is stored locally, which is also why it keeps working with no internet connection.
Who it is for
Anyone who needs clean, printable quotes and invoices and a proper ledger for each client, without a
monthly subscription. It is not accounting software — it will not file taxes for you (see the Terms page).
