Documents you produce here are ordinary business paperwork. The app is not accounting, tax or legal advice, does not keep statutory books, and does not calculate taxes according to any jurisdiction's rules — verify rates, numbering and formats required in your country with a professional.
All data is stored only in your browser. Losing the device, clearing browser data or a storage fault can destroy your records; you are responsible for keeping backups (Settings → Download backup file). The authors accept no liability for lost data, incorrect documents or any business consequence of using this tool.
You may not use this tool to create fraudulent documents. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to misuse a business name, numbering scheme or tax identifier that is not yours.
